Terms of Service

These terms apply when you order from Shokhwala, whether by messaging our Facebook Page directly or through our Messenger ordering assistant. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

Placing an order

You can ask about our products and prices, and place an order, through our Facebook Page's Messenger chat. Our automated assistant helps you browse products and collects your order details — the product(s) you want, your name, phone number, and delivery address. Submitting an order note through our Messenger assistant is a request to order, not a final confirmed sale: our team reviews every order and contacts you by phone to confirm the details, availability, and price before it is dispatched.

Pricing and availability

Prices shown in Messenger reflect our current pricing at the time you ask, but stock and pricing can change before our team confirms your order by phone. If a product becomes unavailable or its price has changed, we'll tell you when we call to confirm, and you're free to cancel at that point with no obligation.

Delivery

We currently deliver within Bangladesh. Delivery charges and timelines are confirmed by our team when we call to verify your order, since they depend on your delivery area.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order any time before our team confirms it by phone, simply by telling us in Messenger. Once an order has been confirmed and dispatched, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.

Products

We sell toys and children's products. Product photos and descriptions are provided in good faith to match the actual item; if what you receive doesn't match what was described, contact us and we'll make it right.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our service changes. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do.
